🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2)

  • 6–8 chicken drumsticks
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Black pepper

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, paprika powder, chili powder, garlic, sugar, and black pepper.
  2. Add the chicken and coat well.
  3. Let it marinate for about 20–30 minutes.
  4. Cook in an air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for about 18–20 minutes.
  5. Turn the chicken once halfway through cooking.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

Today my dough turned out a bit thick 😆
Using about half the dough might make a thinner pizza.

Dough

  • 120 g flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • about 70 ml water
  • a pinch of salt

Toppings

  • 3–4 tbsp canned chopped tomatoes
  • mozzarella cheese
  • pizza cheese
  • a handful of leafy greens
  • a little olive oil

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, olive oil, and water to form a soft dough.
  2. Shape the dough into a flat pizza base.
  3. Spread chopped tomatoes on top.
  4. Add mozzarella and pizza cheese.
  5. Place the pizza in the air fryer.
  6. Cook at 200°C (390°F) for about 20 minutes until the cheese melts and the crust is cooked.
  7. Finish with fresh leafy greens and a drizzle of olive oil.
  8. Slice and enjoy!
