(Oatcakes)
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2)
<Oatcakes>
- 80 g oats
- 120 ml water
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- <Chicken>
- 1 chicken breast
- Salt
- Black pepper
- A little paprika powder
- 1 tsp olive oil
Yogurt Sauce
- 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
- A pinch of salt
- A little black pepper
<Topping>
- Leafy greens (lettuce, etc.)
👩🍳 Instructions
- Mix oats, water, and salt. Let it rest for 5 minutes.
- Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan.
- Spread the oat mixture thinly in a round shape.
- Cook for about 3 minutes until golden, flip, and cook another 2–3 minutes.
- Slice the chicken breast.
- Season with salt, black pepper, paprika powder, and olive oil.
- Cook in an air fryer at 180°C for 10–12 minutes, turning once.
- Mix Greek yogurt with salt and black pepper.
- Assemble: Oatcake → greens → chicken → yogurt sauce.
Finish with a little black pepper and enjoy!
