๐ Ingredients (Serves 2)
- 200โ250 g beef (bite-size pieces)
- 1/2 onion
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp flour
- 200 ml water
- 1/2 bouillon cube
- 1 sheet puff pastry
๐ฉโ๐ณ Instructions
- Cut the beef into bite-size pieces and slice the onion.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the beef until lightly browned.
- Add the onion and cook until soft.
- Sprinkle flour over the beef and stir well.
- Add water and bouillon. Simmer for 10โ15 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Transfer the filling to a baking dish and cover with puff pastry.
- Make small holes in the pastry with a fork.
- Bake at 180ยฐC (350ยฐF) for about 20 minutes until golden.
